Problem statement
How might we add value to luxury car owners through in-car themes?
The "why"
Owners in the luxury segment see their vehicles as an extension of their identity. They enjoy upgrading and customizing their car, not only through physical accessories but through digital enhancements. This presented an opportunity to position software as a premium layer of personalization.
Goals
Deliver ongoing value beyond the initial purchase
